PRIVACY & CONSENT
Your business information, handled with purpose.
Draft — owner/legal approval required before production publication.
Last updated: 27 September 2026. This notice describes the data handled by the Avenkara Conversational Ads website.
Business review requests
When you submit the qualification form, we store your website, target market, offer and selected email or WhatsApp contact details. We use the website hostname as a business identifier. We also record your contact consent, its version, submission time, qualification state, sales status and internal review notes. We use this information to review your enquiry and arrange a human follow-up. It does not subscribe you to marketing updates.
Optional measurement
Measurement is off unless you allow it. With your permission, we record page views and lead conversion events, including event IDs and campaign attribution such as oppref and UTM parameters. When measurement is allowed, the OpenAI Pixel receives those events and advertising identifiers. It may automatically detect supported contact information entered on the website and send normalized, hashed versions to match conversions to advertising. Its automatic matching feature does not send raw contact values. Choosing Essential only keeps this optional Pixel off.
Cookies and attribution
A consent-preference cookie stores your choice for up to 180 days. If measurement is allowed, a session cookie retains attribution across visits within the browser session. Without that permission, incoming attribution stays only in temporary page memory and is not included in a saved enquiry. Changing your choice to essential only removes the attribution cookie and stops new optional measurement.
Storage and security
The production integration is designed to reuse the existing Neon PostgreSQL database. Lead records, internal lead-created events and queued notification tasks are saved together; optional advertising export requires measurement consent. Transactional email uses a durable queue and Resend, when configured by the operator. Email inquiries are intended to receive a confirmation; WhatsApp-only inquiries receive an on-screen confirmation and require human follow-up. There is no public lead directory or public lead-reading endpoint. Hosting and database providers process data to operate this service. To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and request counts; expired request-limit records are removed during subsequent requests.
Retention — draft
The selected retention period for website enquiry records is 6 months after submission. This covers the submitted details, related website events and notification records in the active website database. The retention process checks for expired records hourly. Standalone website measurement events expire after the same period from their creation. Customer agreements, invoices and other records created for a separate purpose require their own retention rules.
Mailboxes, provider logs and recovery backups are separate copies. Their deletion settings and recovery windows must be verified before this draft is approved; the website cleanup does not by itself erase those copies or the recipient’s confirmation email.
Your choices
Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase an enquiry or previously recorded events. You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, subject to applicable legal obligations. Do not include sensitive personal data in the form.
